Import & match
Drag in a supplier file, and the wizard recognises the template, maps columns and runs a dry-run. Each item is checked against the assortment, and you decide per row whether to link, create new or skip.

Enrich with AI
Elke pulls facts from Garden Connect and existing data, then writes descriptions, sign and shelf copy in your tone of voice and generates packshot and lifestyle images. All built on an editable brand voice and a banned-words dictionary.

Quality-check & approve
The content editor approves or regenerates copy and images field by field. A hard gate ensures the product family and all required fields are in place before an item can be marked ready.

Send to PIM & media bank
Approved products flow on as complete records: copy and specs to Perfion, images to Kontainer with a reference back on the item. Every action is logged.
