She reads suppliers' backorder lists, cross-checks each item against Shopify stock and sales history across four markets, and proposes an order quantity per item with a clear rationale. The buyer stays in control and approves, edits or rejects each line before the order file is sent.
What it does
- Reads the supplier's backorder list, Excel or CSV, and recognises every column and item automatically.
- Every proposal is fully justified: current stock, sales over the last 8 weeks, the same period last year, lead time and campaigns, line by line.
- The buyer keeps the instinct: every line is shown, including zero proposals, and the app learns from each edit.
- The order file is generated in the supplier's own format, ready to download and send.
