Purchasing
The week's buying, ready in under an hour.
Elke prepares the weekly supplier orders for the buyer. She reads suppliers' backorder lists, cross-checks each item against Shopify stock and sales history across four markets, and proposes an order quantity per item with a clear rationale. The buyer stays in control and approves, edits or rejects each line before the order file is sent.
How it works
From back-order list to order file, with a reason for every line.
- 1
Upload & automatic recognition
The buyer drags in the week's backorder list and picks a coverage period. The app maps columns automatically and matches each supplier SKU to the right item in Shopify, including expansion per colour variant.
- 2
Proposals with a transparent rationale
A forecast model computes need from projected demand, year-over-year change, stock, lead time and order window. Campaign, weather and clearance signals adjust the proposal, and every adjustment is shown as a factor.
- 3
Approve, edit or reject
All proposals gather in one clear worksheet. For each line the buyer can approve, type a new quantity or reject. Warnings flag edge cases like dead stock or a closing order window.
- 4
Order file & history
When the worksheet is done, the app generates the order file in the supplier's format. A dashboard shows under-buying last year, supplier performance and the app's own accuracy over time.

Stribet strik, bordeauxStrikWhat it does
- Reads the supplier's backorder list, Excel or CSV, and recognises every column and item automatically.
- Every proposal is fully justified: current stock, sales over the last 8 weeks, the same period last year, lead time and campaigns, line by line.
- The buyer keeps the instinct: every line is shown, including zero proposals, and the app learns from each edit.
- The order file is generated in the supplier's own format, ready to download and send.
